September 13, 20, 27 and October 4 - Monday evenings

First Christian Church

October 5, 12, 19 and 26 - Tuesdays during lunch hour

                  Week 1 - Introduction to our grief journey

                  Week 2 - How we deal with our changing feelings

                  Week 3 - How we cope with all the changes

                  Week 4 - How we handle anniversaries, holidays, & special days
